Non-guided wire and cable companies improve quality management

The Anhui Performance Excellence Award jury members recently announced the 2011 Anhui Province's first performance excellence awards. Wuwei County has five companies on the list. They are Anhui Huaneng Cable Co., Ltd., Anhui Huafeng Cable Group Co., Ltd., and Anhui Yihe. Cable Co., Ltd., Anhui Deyuan Cable Group Co., Ltd. and Anhui Shenghua Cable Group Co., Ltd.

In recent years, Wuwei County has actively organized enterprises to learn “Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria” and guided enterprises to strengthen management with the latest concepts and methods of modern quality management. The county held several training courses on “Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria”. Through inviting experts to give lectures, local companies with excellent performance were introduced to experience. Through theoretical self-study and experiments, a total of more than 5,000 management personnel were trained. Last year, the person in charge of 43 wire and cable backbone companies organized a one-week training course in modern enterprise quality management at Tsinghua University, which promoted the enthusiasm of corporate learning and application of the “Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria” and achieved significant results.
